Our Accessibility Commitment

ELA is a nonprofit management platform by Gindi Innovation. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the site and the platform fully and independently.

Standard

We work to conform with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What we have done

• Keyboard navigation, and a "Skip to main content" link at the top of the page
• Semantic structure (headings, page regions, field labels) that helps screen readers
• Alternative text for images, and labels for buttons and icons
• Error messages in text, not only by colour
• Text and page zoom up to 200%, including pinch zoom on phones
• Hebrew (right-to-left) and English interface
• Animations are reduced when your system is set to reduce motion
• An accessibility menu on the site (text size, contrast, link highlighting)

Known limitations

• AI-generated content may contain formatting that is not fully optimised for screen readers.
• Drag and drop on the task board is not keyboard accessible. The same actions are available with buttons.
• We have not yet tested the whole platform with every screen reader. We keep testing and fixing.

An online service only

ELA is provided online only. There is no office or service point open to the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements. If you need an adjustment for a demo or a training session (for example materials in advance or more time), write to us.
